F&S Property Inspections Don Simpson False advertising and failure to perform Upland, California

 F&S Property Inspections is owned by Jason Farley and his partners Donald Gene Simpson and his wife Judy Simpson. They have fraudulently ripped- off consumers by advertising as licensed bonded and insured.  Jason has not had a valid licensed since 07/31/2007. Don hasnt had his license since 11/30/2004. Judy has never been licensed.

They ripped-off a consumer in Redlands. When they inspected the home, Their report that the home was piped with CPVC pipe when it was actually piped with polybutylene pipe which is a defective plumbing pipe material that has been subject to a recall. They state that they do their inspections to the strict standards of CREIA yet when they dont follow the standards they say they are not responsible. This problem should be rectified by a complete re-pipe to correct the error. They refused to take responsibility even when they had done the same thing in the past when they were working for Benchmark Home Inspections. (Benchmark covered the error and paid to re-pipe the home)

Jason Farley who owns Farley Construction does construction without a license, Bond or workmans comp insurance.

While working for Benchmark Inspections they were doing inspections on the side that belonged to Benchmark and kept the money. They were doing estimates for the repairs in violation of Calif. Business code. They advertise as licensed, bonded and insured. They even had a truck repossessed when Don wrecked it and had no insurance.
