An email from address "fsds@dsss.com" fraudulently registered to JP Morgan Chase looks like this:
"We are sorry to inform you that your online account has been temporarily locked after too many unsuccessful login attempts was made.This is most likely an attempt to gain unauthorized access to your account and/or personal information.
To unlock your account, Please download the attached form on this mail to restore your Chase Online Banking Access.
Please understand that this is a security measure intended to help protect you and your account. We apologize for any inconvenience.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. EQUAL HOUSING LENDER"
The attachment asks you for your SSN, DOB, Debit/Credit Card number and expiration date, online login and password, and your billing address.
Youd have to be an idiot to actually fill out the form and send it back, but I just wanted people to know they are doing this...
