We are pleased to offer to you the following terms and conditions relating to your employment with FSE
Logistics LLC (the Company) the part of TOXOCO GROUP (the Group), which terms shall be effective
as of March, 2011. We believe it is important that the terms and conditions of your employment be set forth
clearly and completely in one place. That is the purpose of this agreement (Agreement).
Position: You will work as an Transportation Manager for the Company (the position is home- based). Your
responsibilities, to which you will devote your fulltime efforts, will include the items pursuant to the General
Job Description and such other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the Company. The Company
may change your responsibilities at any time during your employment by creating new responsibilities and/or
removing certain responsibilities.
Compensation: You will receive $20 commission on each package forwarded. Your salary will be deposited
into your bank account or into your paypal account at the end of each work month or week. The first work
month (30 days) begins from the date when the first package is delivered to your postal address.
Benefits: You may participate in the Companys group health plan, with 100% of the premium paid by the
Company. The plan is offered through Administaff and its choice of carriers. Either the Company or
Administaff may change, reduce or terminate such employee benefits at any time.
Vacation and Holidays: Pursuant to the Employee Handbook, which terms and conditions may change
from time to time, you will accrue vacation benefits on a pro-rata basis equal to one week of vacation
benefits per year for the first two years of your employment. Following two years of employment, you will
receive on a pro-rata basis two weeks of vacation benefits per year. Vacation benefits must be taken in at
least whole-day increments, and must be taken on days that have been pre-approved by the Company. Your
accrual of paid vacation days will stop if and when twenty paid vacation days have accrued under this
Agreement, and further accrual will not resume until you have subsequently taken sufficient paid vacation so
that the total accrued vacation falls below twenty days. The Company also observes specific paid holidays
which are identified at the beginning of the year.
At Will Employment: You agree that your employment with the Company is at will. Accordingly, either you
or the Company may terminate your employment at any time with cause or without cause, for any reason or
no reason, with or without prior notice. In the event that either you or the Company terminate your
employment, your compensation shall end as of the day such employment terminates, and your entitlement
to employee benefits, if any, shall be exclusively provided for in the written benefit plan documents.
In the event of your death or incapacity during your employment that prevents you from performing your
duties (subject to reasonable accommodation by the Company), your employment will thereupon end and
the Company shall have no further obligation to make payments to you under this Agreement except
through the date of such termination.
Conflict of Interest/Non-Solicitation: You agree that the Companys employees constitute a valuable
asset of the Company. Accordingly, you agree that during your employment with the Company and for a
period of two years thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly, for your own behalf or on behalf of any
other person or entity, solicit any person who was an employee of or consultant to the Company for a
competing business or otherwise induce or attempt to induce any such persons to terminate their
employment or relationship with the Company or otherwise to disrupt or interfere, or attempt to disrupt or
interfere, with the Companys employment or relationship with such persons. You agree that any such
solicitation, inducement or interference would be wrongful, would constitute unfair competition, and will
cause irreparable and incalculable harm to the Company. You agree that such restrictions are fair and
reasonable.
During the term of your employment with the Company, you further agree that you will not, directly or
indirectly, own an interest in, operate, join, control, or participate in, or be connected as an officer,
employee, agent, independent contractor, partner, shareholder, or principal of any corporation, partnership,

selling, distributing, or marketing, products, goods, equipment or services that directly or indirectly compete
with the Companys and/or its affiliates (including Vault Services) products, services or business.
Additionally, during the term of your employment with the Company, and for a period of two years
thereafter, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, either for yourself or for any other person, firm
or corporation, divert or take away or attempt to divert or take away and during the post-employment two
year period, call upon or solicit to attempt to call upon or solicit any of the Companys and its
affiliates (including Vault Services) customers, including but not limited to those customers that you called
upon, serviced, solicited or with whom you became acquainted while engaged as an employee of the

I contacted the postal service and UPS to try and get some leaglity answers about this procedure and was unable to get any concrete answers. "Not Surprised"
I started receiveing and sending packages, as I work from home and is easy to do, as well as some nice additional income. I'm currently up to over $600 owed and am unable to get a response as to when they will pay. I'm currently holding two packages waiting for a response.
