Fujitsu Computers sold me a laptop computer that is no good Thailand Bagkok

I bought the Fujitsu E8210 I was told this is there best computer. As I live outside Bangkok I have to travel to Bangkok to buy the computer. The shop telephoned me and said they had the computer in their shop and I could see it. I told them I could not reach Bangkok until the next day I went to Bangkok the next day 20-1-07 they did not have it in their shop but told me it would arrive in 30 minuets. I waited all day until 5 P.M. when it arrived I was so tired I bought it without checking it as I had intended. I went to a hotel to sleep. after this I have had nothing but problems the screen freezes and there is nothing I can do but reinstall the computer works for a few days then the same problem.I have taken it to Bangkok service centre who are very helpful but Singapor are the head office. I installed Linux that worked recormended by Fujitsu. Then the say because I installed an OS that they do not support it has damaged the computer and will not replace the computer which has 3 years garrantee. I have complained about this computer since I bought it. Fujitsu garantee is worthless
