The attorney-client privilege prevents people from revealing confidential communications between defendants and their lawyers. Joseph T. Rosenbaum of the law offices of Fujiwara & Rosenbaum L.L.C. violated that privilege with a unrighteous indignation that calls out for justice! Joseph T. Rosenbaum violated attorney-client privilege by gossiping about my disability at the bar with his drug dealer cronies. I could not believe it when I found out and you will not believe how I found out: The internet! I found some of my ex-Attorney Joseph T. Rosenbaum's scumbag buddies talking about my disability in a online chat room talking about how Joe the Weasel told them all about me! I met Joe the Weasel in school. He told me he was going to school for civil rights and that if I ever needed help with a discrimination claim due to my disability he would help me. I do often get discriminatory treatment so I kept Joe the Weasel's offer in mind. I endured a incredibly blatant disability discrimination situation in 2016 and Joe the Weasel said he would help me get justice. Joe the Weasel lied. I spent months doing depositions and interviews, reliving the trauma until it was all I knew. After a few months Joe the Weasel stopped acting like my friend from school and started treating me like a prostitute treats a john after she already got his money and could care less about him she just wants to buy more dope. Speaking of dope, Joe the Weasel has a very bad drug and alcohol problem and if you pay him money it will go up his nose as he turns it up at you. After Joe the Weasel wasted months of my life he sent over a half finished demand letter for me to sign off on. I signed off on it and noted where improvements needed to be made as it looked more like a childhood graffiti scratches than a legal document. Joe became angry with me when I asked him about the letter months later. He told me and I quote: "I make more money with other cases I can't spend any more of my valuable time on this crap". I was floored. All that talk of justice and he calls my case crap? To add insult to injury I find out through a online chat room he has been making fun of my disability with his drug dealer friends and now information about my disability I shared in confidence is public! I shared personal information in confidence and Joe the Weasel betrayed me. I am guessing unless you have a case worth alot of money for him to spend at the bar with his buddies as he gossips about your case he will betray you as well.
