This is NOT a PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL company! It does not sell dream vacations! It sells HOTEL ROOMS! I too was contacted by Fulfillment International and was overwhelmed with the prospect of these wonderful "vacations" they promise. They gave me the information on the phone, conversation taped of course, and after a lengthy conversation, I agreed to the purchase and gave them my credit card number. I was so caught up in the excitement and railroading they gave me, that it didn't occur to me that all the company was offering was hotel rooms until after I had completed the confirmation! I wasn't able to stay on the line long enough for the supervisor to make confirmation, so she later called me back.

By then I had a number of questions, since my initial contact, Toni, employee #7501, couldn't even answer all of my questions without asking someone in the background! She was very unsure of the details. The date I made this committment was April 8, 2004. The supervisor told me that although you were supposed to travel within 12 months of the purchase date, she would extend it to 18 months since that's what "Toni" said I could do. Toni was obviously NOT well-trained.

Throughout the whole thing I was suspicious, but the "vacations" (I use that term VERY loosely!) were appealing! And I mistakenly believed it to be a legitimate company. And hey!... the vacations, they said, were completely transferrable! Like that helps with all of the expenses you have on a vacations besides the hotel.

As I became more suspicious, I called my credit card company to void the charge. I was told I had to call Fulfillment to reverse the charge. When I did that, the company again said there were NO REFUNDS. I asked if I could get my money back if the package was NOT what they had told me over the phone, they said NO.

I received my package, today, April 27, 2004 and the information they sent was all included in a LESS-THAN-professional booklet and pamphlet. The company DID NOT tell me that travel must be made between Sundays and Wednesays or there might be a surcharge. Although there are only a few black-out dates listed, it is VERY non-committal on whether you will be able to get reservations on your requested dates. In the fine print it reads that you can cancel at any time with no charge...isn't THAT nice?! But they will keep the money you already paid!

I will be contacting the Attorney General in my state, my personal attorney, AND Fulfillment International to do everything I can to get my money refunded. If anyone has received a refund, I'd like to know! Or any other advice... How long is this company going to be able to continue this FRAUD? My advice to everyone is do NOT buy from this RIP-OFF company!
