I ordered a free trial of acai berry from this company and gave them my card details to pay 2.49 for postage and packaging only. 14 days later i receive the trial offer of 14 tablets with a small bit of paper telling me that now i had taken up the trial offer i had agreed to receive the product every month and that they would take automatically $89.31 evey 31 days unless i rang to cancel the order within 14 days. Of course by the time I had received the trial it had taken 14 days for them to arrive so they had already taken the $89.31 which is 61.33.

I live in the uk so i had to wait until 3pm G M T which was 8am M S T. i got through to a operater who could bearley speak english. I told him that i wanted to cancel the order and did not want to receive any further shipment of this product and wanted a refund for the 61.33 they has already taken. i was given a cancelation number and a refund transaction number and was told that the money would take up to 14 day to hit my account and told that the product they had taken the money for had not been shipped.

A couple of days later we did receive a months supply of this product so i rang them again to confirm that the order had been canceled and that i was getting a refund, i told the operater that i had received the product and i would be sending it back to the return address. The operater said that i was to obtain a parcel tracking number form the post office and ring them back again to give them the tracking number only then would the money be returned to my account.

It took us 2days to get through to this company even though we were ringing them at the correct M S T it told us to called back during office hrs......? it was office hrs and at this point i had found these rip off report regarding this company.

At this point i decided to go down to my bank and speak with my personal adviser i told her what had happened and she got my account up. there had been 2 diffrent transaction on the account for 1 at this point she was really concerned she told me that she had seen this all before and it looked like my card details had been sold to other companys and that they see if they can take the odd 1 out of your account that noboby would notice or question, "testing the water" as it were! then they take out hundreds of pounds. she said that i was looking at frud on my account.

I HAVE HAD TO TAKE DRASTIC MEASURES!!!! I HAVE REPORTED MY CARD AS STOLEN AND IAM NOT TO GET ANOTHER ONE AS THEY CAN STILL TAKE OUT THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE NEW CARD IT IS CALLED A CONTINUOS PAYMENT TRASACTION AND CAN NOT BE STOPPED BY YOR BANK! THE ONLY WAY I CAN STOP THIS IS TO NOW CLOSE DOWN MY ACCOUNT.

SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CARD DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY AND DO CHECK YOUR BANK AND CREDIT CARD STATMENTS FOR THE ODD 1 OR $1 TRANSACTIONS!!!! BECAUSE THE NEXT THING YOU WILL KNOW THESE PEOPLE WILL HAVE TAKEN HUNDREDS OF POUNDS OR DOLLERS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

FINGERS CROSSED I HAVE PUT A STOP TO THIS BUT I HAVE LOST 61 FOR SOMTHING THAT WAS ONLY MENT TO BE A TRIAL OFFER AND A ONE OFF PAYMENT FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING!!!
