As a one time customer of FAE, i will NEVER use them again. They said they owned tickets and they never sent them out to me. I called and called for weeks up until the day of the event and about an hour before the show they told me they didn't have the tickets.
I did some research and found out that they post tickets on websites that other brokers own for more money, that way when they have an order they can TRY to buy the seats in from another broker, but when they cant, they make you believe your tickets are secured until you get nervous enough to call. At that point you argue a lot, lose your chance to go to the event, and lose the money you paid.
DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. They are evil and bad and give all brokers a bad name.
It is pretty much bait and switch. You buy their tickets and they give you NOTHING!

Our company belongs to a national association that includes thousands of other brokers throughout the country, participation in this association includes broadcasting our own inventory as well as the inventory of every other broker that is part of the association on every website derived from this association. So, many orders that come through such websites are "drop shipped", we are all middlemen for each other in this association, so EVERY ticket broker in the country sells tickets they don't own, but have access to. Once in a while a company that is drop shipping tickets for you may mess up, there is human error in every single industry and not every issue can be caught every time.... Every single new version of Microsoft Windows has had bugs in the software and sometimes these bugs can only be identified AFTER an issue has occurred, yet everyone continues to buy every new version of the program..... why is this acceptable in one industry but not another? Why doesn't anyone accuse Bill Gates of scamming them when the new features of each new version of Windows don't work as promised? In order to compensate for human error, every single order accepted is guaranteed 125%, and we will go to all ends to address and correct every situation that is within our power and ability to correct, and if correction is not possible our guarantee of 125% ensures that not only will you be refunded in this rare possibility, but you will be compensated with an additional 25% refund for the inconvenience. Situations like this have to be dealt with on a case by case basis and we have always done everything in our power to correct any situation like this. I have personally hand delivered tickets 4 hours away in rural Pennsylvania in order to make sure a client got tickets for a show that day when there was a fedex error, so don't tell me that we don't exhaust every avenue available to us to keep our clients happy.
As for any "bait and switch" accusation? If people took the time to read the terms and conditions clearly posted on all websites derived from the national association, aka the "fine print", all terms, conditions, policies, and shipping definitions/policies are fully disclosed. In addition there is a check-box that asks you if you WILL or WILL NOT accept equivelent or better seats if they are available at the same price. Unfortunately the technology that broadcasts inventory on websites is not yet developed enough in order to make the website inventories "real time" so it does happen from time to time that tickets you request may not be available, or have sold in the time it takes for your request to be fowarded from the website to our ticket web request system for processing...the exact reason the equivilent tickets option is posted. Let alone the very basic fact that all terms are clearly listed for you to read and agree to before placing your order, if you choose not to read them then you only have yourself to blame for any misunderstanding, exact page addresses of these terms and conditions can certainly be provided to anyone who asks for them, as well as screenshots from the websites themselves. I have personally emailed these exact documents to many customers.
I'm always amazed when people will enter their personal information into a website without any question, i.e. credit card numbers, social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.... but never read the terms or conditions that pertain to these websites, and when something happens that they don't like they immediately accuse you of scamming them..... if you take the 10 seconds to read the information that is right in front of your face you will be informed and can make intelligent decisions about whether or not you want to continue with the transaction... but no, shoot first - ask questions later, right?
I'm sorry that this person had a bad experience, but the reality of it is no one on this earth can make everyone perfectly happy 100% of the time, all that any of us can do is try to the best of our abilities, and if an issue can't be fixed.... WE PAY YOU! What more can a person or company do? We're talking about entertainment tickets here... not faulty life-support machines... should I offer you my first born son as retrobution because you couldn't see some overpaid and glorified moron (who has nothing of real substance to offer society except essentially hitting a rock with a stick) catch a ball? Really?
