Full Service Car Wash, Inc. Refusal to pay for damage to car Grafton, Wisconsin

The window of my car was broken at the Full Service Car Wash in Grafton, WI.  When I tried to take photographs of the damage, one of the employees was extremely hostile and threatening.  I have never experienced anything quite like his reaction in my entire life.  Among other threats, he threatened to rip the cell phone out of my hand and smash it to the ground when I tried to take pictures of the damage. 

I contacted the owner by letter about this incident, and he did not respond at all.  Then I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the owner's response was to refuse to pay for the damage although I have a police report that verifies that the damage was done by the car wash.  The owner said he would only pay for the damage if I met with him, and he observed the damage and concluded that it was caused by the car wash or if I had a mechanic who could say that the damage was caused by the car wash.  This was more than a little absurd since a police officer had already concluded that Full Service Car Wash was responsible.  Even more important, however, was his attitude towards me, as a customer.  Essentially, his response was, "I won't pay, and you can't make me."  Well, that is where he is wrong.  I intend to proceed with a civil action against the company, both for the damage and the outrageous, threatening behavior of the employee.

Note that the same company owns the Full Service Car Wash in Grafton, Wisconsin; the Full Service Car Wash in Hales Corners, Wisconsin, and the Full Service Car Wash in Brookfield.  I also checked, and this company has been sued, more than once, by its customers, which is not surprising, given the treatment that I received.
