I wish I had been able to find reviews or feedback about Full Service Landscaping when I was looking to hire a good lawn service company because now I am sorry I ever chose them to work on our lawn. I hired them to do an initial lawn clean up job 2 months ago and paid them up front for the job, which was a mistake. 2 months later, only half the job has been completed and the front lawn looks butchered up because of some bushes that were only partially removed.

Last week I paid a check to mow the lawn (both the front and back yard). My check was cashed but again only half of the work was complete in that he only mowed the front lawn and not very well. I was promised the team would be by later in the day to complete the job and they never showed up. When I called back the next Thursday morning to see if they could finish mowing the lawn, I was told they would show up by Saturday or Sunday morning at the latest. Again they flaked even after I called them over the weekend.

With this group, it has always one excuse after another followed up by a promise to call back or show up by a certain day only to be complete no shows (but they have time to cash the checks you write them). At this point, we have called a few more times within the past week leaving voice messages requesting that they finish their work (both the cleaning job AND mowing the front and back yard again) by a certain date only to be completely ignored.

I have found very recent reviews posted on Google by other customers going through the same experience we are, so I felt compelled to warn other consumers to stay away from this service provider. At first, they seem very honest and professional but I feel completely scammed by them based on their basically taking my money and disappearing before completing services they agreed to provide.
