In July of 2009, my husband and I purchased a Fuller built home in Northern Meadows, Rio Rancho, New Mexico.  The house had been completed in November of 2008 and had sat un-occupied until our purchase.

The electrical issues soon began.  We would plug in something to an outlet and the entire circuit would snap.  Lights would pop after a few days of being replaced.  We have now had the original electrician to our home 14 times since 2009.

The first winter we were very cold and would keep putting the heat up.  The home is only 1.200 sq feet and was cold all the time.  Insulation had never been put in the crawl space over the house.  It was corrected in the Spring of 2010 finally.

The windows had never been caulked.  After several calls it was finally done in the Spring of 2010.

The front door was planed incorrectly and needs to be replaced because the sun shines through it.  It has never been resolved.

Over a month ago on a non-windy day, we came home to find 8-10 roof shingles on the ground.  Several more are on the roof getting ready to slide off.  I called Fuller right away and the person who answered, Maryann, said, "Is it windy up there today" in a very quizzical way.  I said no and she has since promised the original roofer McNulty to come and see the issue. 

I have made 10 calls to the office of Fuller to date and they no longer answer the telephone or return my calls. 

It is a 20 year roof!  I grew up in New England and 20 year roofs in horrible weather lasted 30 years not less than 3.

We are so disgusted with the Customer Service (or lack of) from Fuller Homes.  

Our Realtor told us she will never sell or list another Fuller Home anywhere.

We are Senior Citizens and can not afford a costly roof repair.  IF I could sell this home in this economy  I would except I would not want to impose this lemon on anyone else.
