I immediately went to my online banking website to discover that I have been charged for something that I never ordered or heard of for the last three months. I'm not sure how they obtained my credit card number, but realized that it was obtained illegally. I went to the Eguidestore website to learn more about what was going on. And as all the others, I was unable to establish any contact with them thru the links provided on the Eguidestore site. So I went to the billinghlp.com Customer Support Center to get some help. I called both of the toll free numbers listed but was unable to talk to a live person. Next I tried the Search/Cancel a Subscription Page, but could not get anywhere on this page until I entered my credit card number. I was then taken to the following information:
Your Order List:

Order ID Order Status Product name Date
6259685 cancelled Eguidestore 2008-03-22 15:55:51 Contact Support
6301577 cancelled Eguidestore 2008-03-25 16:00:40 Contact Support
6735781 Cancel Order Eguidestore 2008-04-25 16:10:40 Contact Support
7328845 Cancel Order Eguidestore 2008-05-25 16:21:41 Contact Support
8061093 Cancel Order Eguidestore 2008-06-25 16:24:19 Contact Support
8804657 cancelled Eguidestore 2008-07-25 16:27:34 Contact Support

I clicked on one of the CANCEL ORDER links and to my surprise I was given this phone number: 954-379-3280 I dialed it and talked to a woman named Felicia. She told me that she worked for a company called: Jettisintl.com (an online billing company) I explained what was going on and she was not able to find any record of me in her system. She told me to FAX all of the information that I could to her and she would initiate a refund. She gave me the FAX number of: 954-379-3230. I faxed the: email I received notifying me of the recurring charges, the web page showing the Order List and copies of my online banking statements sans all the important banking info such as my card numbers and amounts. I immediately called my bank and canceled my card and began the process of obtaining a new one. This is the only guarantee that no further charges will be made to me from this fraudulent Eguidestore.

For the others that have been taken by this scam, please at least call the 954-379-3280 number and talk to them. If for no other reason than to give them a piece of your mind. I'm not sure if I will see any refund, but I seem to have gotten further than some of you. I hope any information I have given will help someone else.
