Fulton Homes Major cracks in ceilings - flickering lights "proud to build so you're proud to own" I DON'T THINK SO!!! Tempe Arizona

I bought a Fulton home that was almost 10 years old.   There was a long crack in the family room ceiling, garage and the door step to the back patio....lots of smaller hairline cracks in the stucco around the home.  Otherwise, I liked the home and it was a good deal.  (probably why!)  

My realtor said something about most home builders have a 10 year warranty and they're a good company, just call them after you get settled.   Well, that's what I did only to learn they have a 1 year warranty and the guy I was told to talk to, Alan, told me I shouldn't have bought the home.  Really?   That doesn't sound "proud to build so I'm proud to own"!!!!    Not only that, if any appliance comes on, like the frig, the lights flicker. 

I'll never buy another Fulton home and absolutely do not recommend this builder or their flippant I don't care attitude!!
