fun trivia Banned from site for asking for help with non-accessible materials! Internet

I was banned from the site along with a friend who was helping me (I'm blind and use a braille device) with certain games/activities that are not accessible to me such as crossword puzzles, match quizzes and a special scavenger hunt that included lights and lanterns. I was banned for "cheating" and "suspicious activity" which was really just getting assistance with some of the activities. I previously contacted the manager about accessibility issues in the past; as well as once again on their facebook page after I was banned. Both times they insisted that the site was perfectly accessible to blind/low vision users. Honestly the quizzes were fun but my experiences with the staff and with accessibility issues, as well as being rudely blocked and falsely accused of cheating, is clearly discrimination! Added to that the fact that I pay for a special membership to the site. To all blind/low vision users who visit or consider visiting this site, "watch" your backs, because you could get banned if you ask a friend or family member for help!
