Fundable.com aka Fundable Don't Waste Your Money Internet

Fundable has less to offer you than their competitors such as Angel List offers you for free.

After spending over $2,000 for the help of their investment consoler that I was assured would get me noticed and funded I got nothing but a list of News Outlets and Investment Companies general email addresses. What I got from them was worthless. You can find better with a quick Google search.

In addition, they state this on their website home page “Find Investor Capital - Start reaching out to investors today. Our extensive investor database is immediately available and looking for investments.” I am not sure if this is a play on words or a complete false advertisement? They do not allow you to contact or reach out to any of their investors in any way what so ever. Zero – no contact – none!

Here is the answer to my complaint. Is there anything here worth any money at all? In fact they refer me to LinkedIn! OMG…

We also sent you materials to help you with your pitch to investors, including email pitches. We strongly encourage you to get in contact with investors through LinkedIn which was provided on the list. We do not do specific marketing or outreach for any of our clients, we merely provide you with all the materials and assets you may need. At the end of the day, you and your team will need to actively reach out to investors and you will be pressing send on the emails. Being housed on Fundable allows you to be visible to our active investors as well.
