Similar experience to other who have posted. Basically sent them a registration and processing fee for what i thought was free airfare ,less taxes. Basically what i received back was a quote which was higher than what i could find on the internet or airline websites by myself. i asked them to explain what their fees and expenses were and they refused . They also asked for more money for another quote. i asked for a refund which they have refused . Their explanation is that i should have read the fine print. To me this is a total rip off, it is impossible to get someone who has the authority or knowledge to answer my questions , i ve asked them under what circumstances they did a refund ,without a reply from them.
