Three months ago I was online and I signed up to play bingo through FuntimeBingo.com. When playing I won $500.00 in a bingo jackpot. I put in a request to be paid my winnings. After several weeks went by I checked my Neteller account to see if I had been paid. NOTHING had been paid. Then I went back on to Funtimebingo.com and checked my account. All of the winnings were still in the account.

To make a long story short. I sent about 20 e-mails over a period of two months trying to find out how to get my winnings. Never even got a response. Then today "3-months later" I tried to and log in to check the account. It says account closed.

I found a number on one of the pages in the advertisements "once you sign up you can not find a contact number anywhere" finally after about three months I spoke with someone. She tells me that someone else opened an account under the same IP address as me. She says that if someone else in your house opens an account your accounts both get shut off and you lose what ever is in them. "I referred my brother to the account because I thought it was legit"

That is the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. They are a scam. They took my money. They made up a line of crap and ripped me off.

NEVER USE THAT SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

FUNTIMEBINGO.COM Scam, Scam!

I read your comments Jeremy, and although you provide no information for me to locate your account in the system I have to say that what occurred to you is a normal thing. Yes, that's right. It's normal. We received hundreds of registrations every day that were created to abuse the $5 sign up bonus we provide from new players. In fact, I am assuming you won this money you are claming on free money, as you would have never been denied a payout if you had funded your account. How very convenient to speak of scam, but not state you were a free money player. Furthermore, please notethat our procedure is not only correct, but clearly stated on our site, in the Rules section, home page. I am copying the specific rule for you to review:

"Please do not attempt to defraud us in any way including setting up multiple accounts, if you do so all monies in those accounts will be forfeited, including winnings. Only one account per household is permitted."

Please note that every player should read and understand the rules and regulations of any site before proceeding to play.

If you have any further questions on your issue please feel free to respond to me through here and give me your player alias so I can give you specifics on how many accounts were registered from your same IP address.

Regards,
Cynthia
