I was also ripped off by this company. After NUMBEROUS emails back and forth with someone named Abigail, I finally told them I was reporting their company for fraud with my local police department, as well as with the FTC. I was charged 23.00 and a 2.00 International fee. I contacted my bank, and was told this was prevalent with ringtone companies. My cellphone service provider also told me some ringtones from so-called companies can actually damage my phone.
I finally talked to my bank, and cancelled my debit card as well as filing a fraud report. In the end, funtonia refunded me 90% of their fee.
My advice is to immediately cancel your debit or credit card to keep them from taking anymore. Also, file a report with the FTC. I wish I would have checked ripoffreport.com before going through the whole mess.
Good Luck!
