Rip-off!! Attempted to STEAL my deposit! Don't be fooled by this proprietor's soft looking website...if you ever cross him you'll learn first hand just how greedy he is and apathetic towards your loss of money.
I paid a deposit to stay at this place because I was in need of short term housing, however I changed my mind only several hours later and the CROOK REFUSED TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT! He had no policy listed on his website that he wouldn't return a security deposit if a reservationee ever changed their mind, yet after I brought this to his attention, ONLY THEN did he decide to post one! You would think it common courtesy to return money to someone if they never performed any type of service for you...apparently this belligerent Victor Fleming does not believe in such things. It wasn't until my lawyer and credit card company pried my money from Victor's greedy little fingers that I got the money back.
Next time you are looking for any type of housing in Baltimore, DO NOT go here.

I am sorry that this one person had a negative experience, but I have had hundreds of satisfied clients. My policy is very clear and consistent, and has always been explained verbally when the reservation is made. The $100 deposit required to reserve the room is non-refundable, if the prospective tenant subsequently decides to take the room. The reason for this is that I stop taking applications when the reservation is made and therefore have a financial loss if they hold the room for someone and they subsequently decide not to take the room.

I thought it appropriate to say exactly that it was only 16 hours later that I changed my mind. And still, he flat out refused to give my money back. After that conversation, he never returned another phone call or email.
