Furniture Direct Worldwide - Ready Rental Properties Left me without any furniture which I had paid for Malaga Nationwide

I paid a deposit to secure the delivery and installation of furniture to an apartment in Cape Verde. Eight weeks prior to delivery I paid the balance as per the agreed terms and conditions. I was told, which was confirmed in writing, I needed to give a week to ten days notice of a confirmed delivery date when the apartment was ready. When I sent the e-mail to confirm the delivery date I did not get a response. When I tried to get onto the website it was blocked and the phones are no longer answered. I dealt with Dave Connor. I also paid Ready Rental Properties who were going to deal with the rental management. The money in advance was for advertising - allegedly. I was to pay a further 500 euros when the apartment was ready - for breakages etc. Luckily I found out Ready Rental Properties were tied with the same brush as Furniture Direct Worldwide so I am counting my blessings I have saved the 500 euros! I haven't worked out how much I have paid altogether cos it will just depress me even more but I know it's well over 10,000. I have had to borrow more money on an already stretched budget to furnish my apartment and I am well hacked off. I need some help and advice on where to start trying to recoup my losses although I am of the opinion that if I get anything back it will be a bonus.
