Furniture Direct Worldwide SL Scammed me by promising furniture, took my money and ran. Marbella Internet

I paid Furniture Direct Worldwide almost 15,000 to supply and install a furniture pack into a new overseas property, this was back in December 08.I initially had dealings with a woman calling herself Sue and then with a man named Dave Connor, who told us that they would definitely be installing the furniture around March time.

Since then a man called Chandrakat Patel has emailed me saying that the company may have to go into administration because of a slander campaign instigated by a third party. Several emails have since been sent by me and a recorded letter to Mr Patel but with no reply.
I have emailed Trading Standards, Serious Fraud Office, Watchdog,European Consumer Council, all with little or no help. Other than tracking Mr Patel down and forcing him to get the funds returned i don't know what else to do.
