5 minutes after signing this lousy deal, I felt so unfair to me as a customer. I went to next door, Mattress Mart, give me all warranties and guarantees. Called Furniture Liquidators( now the name is changed to Sofa Express outlet, no idea when it changed) up to cancel, she( the operator) okay but put me on hold for good 15 minutes. I hung up the phone. Called second time, then she refused my cancellation, stating that I have signed all papers stating above condition. Then she had the seller(Charles Walker), talked to me, he yelled at me saying that I can't do that to him.

Called Discover Card asap and told them what happened. Discover took it off. No news or anything until November 06, the charge came back to me, without informing me. Sent email to the customer service, took it off again and put it back the very next day without notify or email at all. Now I have no idea when the charge gonna come back, but I was getting 2 finance charges from discover for no reason on January 07. Called and talked to the finance department, took the charges off. February 07 one finance charge was on my account.
