Furniture Row HSBC Charge late fees, interest on payments they posted twice in one month & none the next Internet

Purchased furniture at Furniture Row store, sales people OK. Financed thru HSBC Furniture Row for 24 months no interest. Set up scheduled payments on-line for the 17th of each month. Payment is due the 9th of the following month so always a couple of weeks early.

One month 2 payments posted in the month because of the cycle date and scheduled payment on same day. Therefore, they posted no payment in one month. Charged late fees and interest charges. Called them to ask what the deal was and was asked if I knew what a payment date meant. Then said because 2 payment posted in one month it was counted like an extra payment. They did take off late fee but, I had to make another payment to show payment for each month. These payments are scheduled on their system. I went in and changed the scheduled payment date. They didn't speak English, were rude and said if I didn't make another payment by the due date I would be charged late fees again and the interest free would be revoked. Oh well guess I will get it paid off a month early since double payment in one month.

Keep an eye on HSBC they are out to make the all might buck
