last month I went to furniture way less located on Tara Boulevard. I bought a little over 3000 dollars worth of furniture, that was including the assembly and delivery I paid extra for. Within 2 weeks my whole bed collapsed. It is a sleigh bed that I paid for king size with euro top. I called the store for a week and a half trying to reach the manager but every time I would call the lady would tell me that the manager was not there and that she would deliver the message to him to call me back. I did not receive a call back from anyone so I continuously called until I had to get irate over the phone about my furniture. Then magically all of a sudden say that they're able to send someone out to fix the bed. So three days went by no one came to fix the bed. I kept calling and kept calling until I got someone over the phone finally, so then I informed them that no one has called me to come out and fix the bed. Well apparently the delivery boy told them that he did call and went straight to voicemail. I had my phone all day my phone rung all day yet not one call came from furniture way less or the delivery boy that works for them. I even pulled my phone records to prove that I was not contacted. So the delivery boy takes it upon himself to call my phone wanting to debate about if you called or not. I told him I could care less I just want them to fix my bed as promised. Their furniture is very cheap and falls apart easily the bar stools already loose after 1 month. The couches do not hold up well I barely sit on my couch, yet they sink in very easily and I am lightweight. The bed as I told you before has collapsed completely I will try to post pictures if I can. And to make matters worse their customer service is horrible. When I kept calling them to fix the bed that they never came to fix. All of a sudden my phone calls would not go through when I tried to contact the store yet when I call from a different number the call goes through just fine, meaning that they blocked my number. I am going back to the store today in person. I'm going to try to maintain my composure so I don't beat the living hell out of someone.
