This post is completely false and inaccurate. I am the person mentioned in this report (Igor Bogdanov) and I do not own or work for Furniture Cart, nor have I ever. The accusations were made specifically on this website because RipoffReport is known to never take down Anonymous posts. I have attained an attorney and will be seeking to rectify this matter and to punish those that are slandering my name through a legal system. I know exactly who made this report, however due to Defamation of Character and Slander laws, I was advised by my attorney to not list parties that are slanering my name. As you see, my rebuttal is public and I am not hiding my name. Furthermore, if anyone would like to attain further proof, please feel free to contact my office at (215) 701-3100.

Furniturecart reviews - Scam, fraud, consumer alert! Please read on if you have been affected by these crooks or are in the process of potentially being affected.

I ordered a brand new bedroom set from Furniturecart and paid by check.
These crooks stole my money and have not refunded it for 6 months now. I have tried every channel imaginaeable, including filing a complaint with the manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, the BBB, and Attroney General.

Still nothing! I cannot undurstand how these crooks can remain in business after taking my money and not returning it.

I am not sure how many others out there have been affected like me. I notice that they have several positive reviews, but since those reviewers have only posted 1 review, I am tempted to believe that they were all written by FurnitureCart.

The owners of FurnitureCart make threats to pursue legal action for Defamation to cover their asses and therefore many online review sites remove the negative feedback instead of facing the "threat" of litigation. RipOffReport is not intimidated by such threats (I believe) and is a true advocate for consumer protection...so hopefully this
posting will not be removed. 

I am hoping that we can come up with a resolution and that I can obtain my refund back. In the meantime, I advise all consumers to stay the hell away from them, and to pay by credit card wherevere possible to avoid fraud. Credit cards have chargeback capabilties where as checks do not. This is how i was swindled at FurnitureCart.
