"I have never purchased anything from this company nor will I ever but will endevor to post this complaint anywhere possible. They have an item I am most interested in however, I need to have it shipped within a certain time to another state I will be in for a certain amount of time. I want only to know when to place my order so that I may receive the item while I will be in that other state (vacation home). I have called them over 15 times and only get voice mail. No one has ever bothered to return my calls so I emailed them. I did get a response to that but the person who answered my emails DID NOT answer my questions! I emailed him back and still did not get a response so now I know what kind of company they are and would suggest that no one out there purchase anything from them because there is no customer service!"
