Fusion Labs 2 Scam and Rip Off Nationwide

Replied to internet ad for Hoodia Ephedra 14-day trial and was charged $1.97, just for S/H. I called a week later to cancel any membership I might have and was told, okay, and I would not be billed anymore money.

Two weeks later I was charged $74.45 for some crazy reason. I called the company to find out why I was charged this money and they asked for my phone number and then told me they had no record of me calling to cancel. I was told that I had to have proof that I called. I told Leo, the supervisor, I had no way to prove I called since I called from a Land Line phone. He told me without proof there was no way I could get a refund. I told him not to ship the pills and he said they had already been shipped. I told him I would refuse them when they came and he said I still would not get my money back. I asked why and he said it was an FDA regulation. I asked if the pills were in a sealed bottle and he said yes, but they still could not take them back. I even called and spoke with a female who told me they never issue refunds!

I have ordered many things online and have never been told I had to have a cancellation number or someone's name to prove that I called. I will from now on, you can believe that.

This company is scamming people who are trying to lose weight and get healthy. I just wanted to try the sample, not buy the company.
