Fusion Logistics is a reseller of UPS nationwide. That being said I wouldn't be surprised if UPS stops working with them altogether very soon. They give UPS a very bad name. These guys will do anything and everything to sign you up. If you sign up they will promise to save you money and they do what they say. What they don’t tell you is they will slowly raise your rate so you don’t notice. The scary thing is that they won’t stop raising your rates. They raised my rates to become %40 higher than a company with no discounts!

I immediately closed my account, because I refused to be robbed. When I called and told them what happened and that I was leaving, they threatened to sue me for 8k if I tried to leave their services for UPS direct or FedEx. I called their bluff and after a few harsh emails back and forth from the president Joe Judson we finally got away.

After shipping with them for only 1 year I did the math to find out we overpaid by $25,000 because I used them!!! These guys are everywhere so beware! Do NOT use them! I promise you will regret it!
