 This Facilty is horrible! First off when they have your sleep results you get a evasive email to call in to the center. A receptionist read me my results and the test was inaccurate. The next day I was on the phone all day trying to get a hold of one of their so called "doctors" to try and get a better accurate understanding to my sleep study. The doctor talked to me after 4 hours of continuous calling in and being hung up on or cussed out by this center after I was just wanting a better understanding as to what the results were to my sleep study, the doctor claimed that Medicare affected my sleep study and this is ridiculous because insurance has nothing to do with my sleep apnea and other sleep issues! On top of that my Medicare covered the cost and it was approved! Every personal at this center is rude and only wants your money. Go to a better sleep study clinic that genuinely cares for its clients.
