ON JAN 3RD 2006 I NOTICED A DEDUCTION FROM MY BANK ACOUNT THAT LOOKED SIMILAR TO ONE THAT I HAD BACK ON 12-19-05. I ALWAYS REVIEW MY STATEMENT AND WHEN I SAW THE FIRST DEDUCTION IN DEC 05' I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING I MAY HAVE PURCHASED, AFTER SEEING THE SECOND DEDUCTION ON THE 3RD OF JAN 06 I KNEW I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING. I IMMEADIATLY CALLED MY BANK TO FIND OUT ABOUT THESE DEDUCTIONS, THEY GAVE ME A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL FUSION TALK. I CALLED FUSION TALK ON 1-5-06 AND TALKED TO A REP NAMED TOONY EMPLOYEE# 1005, HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD ACCEPTED A CALL FROM THEM THAT EXPLAINED WHAT FUSION TALK WAS, AND WHAT PRODUCT THEY HAD, AFTER LISTENING TO HIM I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAVE A CELL PHONE WITH UNLIMITED CALLING MINUTES, AND FREE LONG DISTANCE TO ANYWHERE AS LONG AS I'M NOT SOMEWHERE I AM ROAMING. WHY WOULD I ACCEPT A CALLING CARD THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR IF I HAVE FREE LONG DISTANCE. TOONY TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GO THRU. I WAITED IMPATIENTLY AND CALLED THE COMPANY BACK ON 1-9-06 AND SPOKE TO LILY EMP # 1006 AND TOLD HER HOW I THOUGHT THIS WHOLE THING WAS A SCAM, AND I WANTED PROOF THAT I AUTHORIZED THESE DEDUCTIONS. SHE TOLD ME THAT I ACCEPTED AN OFFER FROM A PLACE CALLED EXPLORE USA BACK ON JUNE 24TH 05. HOW WOULD AN OFFER THAT I ACCEPTED BACK IN JUNE OF 05, TURN OUT THAT I WOULD GET CHARGED FOR THIS ON THE 19TH OF DEC 05. I CALLED AND CANCELED EXPLORE USA WAY BEFORE DECEMBER. SHE REFUSED TO SEND ME PROOF THAT I ACCEPTED THIS OFFER. LILY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THIER GENERAL MANAGER WHO'S NAME IS DONALD ROUSSY AND THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET HIM IS THRU E-MAIL. SO I SAID FORGET IT, I WOULD WAIT OUT THE TWO WEEKS TO GET MY REFUND. ON 1-25-06 EXACTLY 20 DAYS AFTER TALKING TO TOONY ABOUT MY REFUND, GUESS WHAT STILL NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT, HE THEN SAID HE SAID IT TAKES ANYWHERE FROM 2 WEEKS TO 4 WEEKS TO GET IT BACK AFTER HE TOLD ME IN THE FIRST PLACE TWO WEEKS. TODAY'S DATE IS 02-02-06 OVER 4 WEEKS SINCE THE INITIAL PHONE CONVERSATION TOOK PLACE ON THE 5TH OF JAN 06. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. I CALLED TODAY AND SPOKE WITH A GIRL NAMED MELISSA, SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY CALLED IN BEGINNING OF DEC AND GOT MY APPROVAL FOR THESE CALLING CARDS, I ASKED HER IF THEY RECORDED MY PHONE CONVERSATION, SHE SAID YES!!!! I ASKED HER TO PLAY THE RECORDING FOR ME AND SHE HAD ME WAIT 2 MINUTES BEFORE COMING BACK TO SAY THAT DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON THEY HAD TROUBLE AND LOST SOME OF THE RECORDINGS!!! HOW CONVENIENT... SO I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND. MIND YOU THEY GOT ME TWICE FOR $ 24.95, BIG DEAL RIGHT? BUT THEY NEVER GOT ANY AUTHORIZATION. THIS IS FRAUD!

update..................... I still have not recieved a refund, has been over 4 weeks since they said they would give me a refund. I also found out the company has switched general managers. The old general managers name was donald roussy, and the new general managers name is Joann Lawlar.
