FusionFinish - Johnny Ray Yarbrough DOES NOT WARRANTY HIS WORK Rockwall TX

  I'm adding to the list of dissatisfied customers.  My tub started to peel around the drain that he had worked on back in 2012.  On the receipt I had, it specifically said "7 year warranty".  I contacted him a few weeks ago to have it fixed and we set an appointment to come out on a Saturday.  Due to bad weather, we had to cancel.  I sent him several follow-up emails and one text message asking when we could reschedule.  As of today, I have not heard back and he won't respond to my requests. 

  I spoke with a friend of mine who had also previously used his services for a couple of rental properties and he advised me that he did the same thing to him.  

  Folks.....he does not honor his warranties!!!!! Please save yourself some $$ and a lot of grief and do not use this phony as you'll regret it in the long run.
