We went in to purchase a Truck and after being there all day, they had marked the price of the truck up $5,000.00 over the MSRP and never mentioned that during the test drives the initial discussions. They took our truck key to gives us a estimate of the trade in and after being insulted like we were and talked down to we said please give us our key and were leaving. They wouldn't give us our key back for 1 whole hour and then after still badgering us they came to us and said we lost your key, now this was on the 4th of July.
So we had to wait an additional 2 hours until the lock smith came. While waiting the Sales manager by the name of Shane came out and told us he was sorry we didn't have enough Education to understand him and that the people in that area were alot richer than us and they didn't mind paying those prices. We msised seeing fireworks that night due to him and never once received an appology nor anything.
I would like to say that we did go up to "Grass Valley Ford" and there we were treated with total respect and kindness and we did buy a truck from them. I suggest to all, don't give "FUTURE FORD THE BUSINESS" They are rude and ignorant.

My Dad told me about that trick when I was 16. Folsom Toyota tried to pull it with him but he had an extra key in his pocket. So we left. There are a lot of sheisty car salesman, but I do need to say I bought my car through Future Ford and was treated with ultimate respect and honesty. Glad you were able to find the truck you wanted along with the service.
