In December 2017 , I need a quick cash, I sold my VA pension to Future Income LLC. I got $4,787.00. I got $4,188.00 after $599.00 due at the sifnature.

April 4,2018 their submit the check. last month March 2018 Jessey told me to pay we my Debit card toanother company at 18300 Von Kaman, Suite 140, Irvine, CA 92612. Everytime i had to payd $35.00 NSF. I willing to pay $4,000.00

You straight out ADMIT that your payment was late, then complain you were charged a late fee. Oh, but it was THEIR fault because they didn't send you a notice? Grow up- nobody is require to send out reminders that you need to meet obligations you agreed to. Stop being stupid and irresponsible.
