When they outsource their services to other companies like FEDEX, they jack up the cost and overbill you. They never take any responsibilities. The lost our shipment and cost our client a ton of money. Then they said "try and sue us". We ate the loss, and then they put us into collection. These guys are going to get what they deserve when people fins out how they do business. No matter what, dont trust them.
