Do not apply to this company even though their internet site looks legitimate and well organized.

I registered with this company, thinking I would be able to start working from home in a matter of at least six months. There was absolutely NO help or feedback from the so called "instructors". I am very familiar with medical terms (I am a semi-retired nurse) but not a computer "whiz". I contacted them several times through e-mail to ask various questions--never got a response. (To be fair, I did get one vague response from someone by the name of "Martha" which was not helpful at all). I e-mailed customer service--no response. I called the telephone number and only got a recording machine. My only "technical support" was from my daughter, who works with computers all the time.

And don't think for one moment that the money back guarantee is not going to cost you money. You will always have to pay a 15% charge for shipping and handling (for the total amount of the course), a $50 fee for opening the CD-ROM (how do you know if this is the right course for you if you don't view the CD?) And naturally, you can't stick the cardboard wrapping in your computer! You will have to pay $50 if you write in your book (and don't open the cover too wide and leave a crease) because they cannot sell it as "new" after that. Don't damage the foot pedal or that will cost you too. And there is a higher fee if you don't return your material within a 30 day period...35% after 30 days of getting your material. They are definitely not going to lose any money!

And this is a self grading program...if you really want to cheat and learn SQUAT, you can download the answer keys and go from there. Of course there is quite a bit of research that you need tons of medical books for--or you can google all the time! Needless to say, I returned my damaged book, damaged CD-Rom, undamaged foot pedal and was charged my 15% s&h just in the nick of time. You may want to send your stuff back certified as I have done. I do not advise anyone to take this course--it is a scam!
