In the last 2 years, our organization purchased over 100 laptops and PCs and lots of appliances, projectors, TVs from FutureShop Halifax, Canada. Our company decided to never deal with futureshop due to their customer service staff poor attitude and professionalism.
After spending over 200,000 in two years we went through several problems involved:
1- delivery company (rude)
2- Appliances maintenance company (don't answer calls, when they do promise to come, they don't show up!!, takes weeks to get them to do the job)
3- customer services staff: instead of understanding the clients frustration and take advantage of the opportunity to turn a negative experience to positive one, they turn the
negative experience to a nightmare!!!
