several months ago, a member of the management team of futurismtechnologies.com in Pune India approached me with a database of customers from their cleint asapsemi.com. It contains well over a thousand clients. I was asked to contact the customers within the database and  sell services to them.  Upon asking where this information was from, i was told in no uncertain terms that it came from the data base of the client of asapsemi.com out of Orange County California.  Asapsemi contracted with Futurismtechnologies.com to do internet marketing, therefore,  Futurismtechnologies and the workers in India had access to the clients database.  However,  they didn't have permission to extract the clients data.  The client had an NDA agreement in place with FuturismTechnologies.  Futurism was contracted to work for the client promoting it's business,  it was never agreed that FuturismTechnologies.com had the free will with Indian workers to "STEAL" asapsemi.com's customer list. 

So the Indian workers stole from the hand that feeds them.  They are not under US jurisdiction.  They can do whatever they desire once they have access to an American companies google analytics,  database, website, RFQ on the website.  

i asked the manager in India where he got this database of clients.....he simply said asapsemi.  I told him that it wasn't a good idea to steal our client's business information.  I didn't call one client on the database. i called Sheetal Pansare the Global CEO of the company,  and told him of the incident.  Nothing happened,  no one was fired.  Now please keep in mind, if that person were in the United States,  they would receive a jail sentence for theft.  Nothing happened.  The manager in question is still accessing American client's data bases daily.  

When you outsource to India,  these kinds of breaches will occur with regularity.  

On another occasion,  the client mainlandbolt.com didn't pay it's bill.  they changed the ownership of the URL to theirs.  In otherwords,  under the direction of the management in India,  they stole the website of mainlandbolt.com.

 WARNING;  DO NOT GIVE FUTURISM TECHNOLOGIES ACCESS TO YOUR WEBSITE.  ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE IN INDIA,  MANY CLAIM THEY'RE IN THE USA.  IT'S NOT TRUE.  THEY DO THIS TO GAIN YOUR TRUST.  ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE IN INDIA.  ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR WEBSITE,  THEY DO WHAT THEY PLEASE.  

THEY DO NOT FOLLOW US LAWS.
