After reading about the acaiberry detox on several websites, I decided to order some. The deal was to get a 1 month trial offer for $3.95 which was for S&H. I ordered the product on October 24 and expected to get it in 5-7 days. On Novermber 24, I had still not received the product and my debit chard was charged $87.13.

At that time I tried several times to get thru to a person at the 866 number listed on my bank statement where the charged was posted. Each time I called, I received a message that the mailbox was full. One time out of at least 30 I was able to get thru (you must call early in the day) at which time I left a message and asked for a call back. That never happened.

At this time I contacted my bank and they sent me a complaint form to try and recover my money back and they suggested that I cancel my debit card and get a new one. While I was in the process of doing this, F.W.M labs was able to deduct another $87.87 from my account on December 24th but this time there was a differant phone number. In the meantime the bank reviewed my complaint and refunded the first amount.

I have called this company at lease 25 times and each time have tried to talk to differant non english speaking people who pretend to not understand what I was talking about. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on me. Finally on January 12, 2009 I received the shipment of pills. I again called to get a return authorization number and an address to send the return to. I shipped this back to them via FEDEX so that I had a tracking number for the return. Two days after doing the shipment I was notified by FEDEX that the address they gave me was not a good address. Again I called the company and was able to provide FEDEX with a correct address. This change in address will cost me an additional $10.00 but it did arrive at the correct location on 1/14/09. I began calling them again on that day and have been trying to get the $87.87 back since that time.

I have called every day and they say that they are working on it with their billing department. This has been an exhausting chore and I hope it will end soon. I have filed another complaint with my bank and hope this ends soon.
