FxSupplements - Acai Berry - Maxx FxSupplements scammed me out of my hard earned money! Arlington Texas

I came across this web site wihile on myspave one day claiming that Oprah was promoting their product for weight loss.After checking into the site I decided that I would try the free sample it said that I would only have to pay 5.95 for shipping.That was all that it said only 5.95 nothing else. Seemed pretty harmless to me,I was so wrong!

After giving my debit card info I was taken to a page that said my order had been processed and I would be getting an email when my order had been shipped.I never got that email.About a three weeks later this yellow envolope came with my name and address on it,and the place where it had shipped from no company name or anything it just had "shipping dept. 916 113th St Ste B. Arington,TX 76011-5416.Inside was a bottle of Acai Berry Maxx and a slip of paper with some info about Acai Berry maxx. There was no invoice for billing or any other info.

About two weeks ago two more bottles came in the same way.I did not open them as I thought they had made a mistake and planned to send them back.Later I noticed a charge on my bank satement form a company called FxSpupplements for 85.90.I went back and checked my satement from last month and there it was again so now I have been charged twice in the amount of 85.90. I called my bank and they said that in order to get my money released I needed a Hold release from the company.My bank then gave me a phone number for the company.I have called this number several times and always get a message saying we are colsed please call during business hours.It never tells what those hours are.

I went to the website that is printed on the bottles but the website has nothing for complaints or anything else.I google the company name and found the site, at the very bottom of that page there was a coustmer help topic and I have sent many complaints to them now asking for my money back and to return the unopened bottles, I still have not heard back from them.I am at a loss as how to get my money back and keep them from chargeing me even more!
