Ordered a G force chip fpr my 2010 silverado, installed and went on a trip. they said it would take a few hundred miles to learn my vehicle. i put almost 1000 miles on my truck and it did nothing, there was no gas mileage increase, and no power increase. i removed the chip and told them i was returning it, they said no problem as long as it was installed, which they said they could tell if it was. i waited two weeks and got no responce, e mailed them again and they said it takes two weeks. i waited two more weeks and e mailed them again and got no responce. e mailed them again and they finally answered and said they needed confirmation that i sent it back, the post office confirmed that they received it. they do not live up to their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Do not waste your money it does not work, and they will not refund your money, can not believe they are allowed to stay in business

Without a return, we cannot refund your payment. We simply asked for the return tracking number as to date, we have not received the item back. The buyer refused to provide it. Without the return we cannot provide a refund.
Additionally, each and every email had been properly addressed.
