Gadd Formulas nothing ordered from this co. billed to my credit card and I received nothing. phone numbers are bogus and no one answers Internet, Utah

Had to cancel credit card.  2nd charge put on before I knew the first was on the credit card.  All phone numbers from the internet are bogus.  Either changed or no longer in existence.  $44.90 is a ridiculous amount when not even receiving a product, when it was not even ordered.

There is a lot of credit card fraud that occurs every day and we are doing our best to make sure that we prevent as much as possible when it comes to orders placed with our company.  I'm mostly concerned about the second charge that you mentioned.  I would like to contact you via email or phone and get some additional information from you so that we can get this situation resolved to your satisfaction.  What is the best way to contact you?
