This site is very misleading. I had 2 gadgets and clicked the option shows light wear and it gave me a quote. I agreed. Once gadgetsalvation received my items, they gave me a much lower quote. I stated that it does show LIGHT WEAR and it very/fully functional, no cracks, not broken, nothing. and both items have been protected with cases and never fell on the floor. Nothing
And they gave me half the quote amount from what is shown on their site!

Apparently their terms "light wear" has a different definition. The phone I was willing to sell had a scratch on the silver band of the phone! Thats it. Completely flaws screen and back, even Sprint was impressed I had in excellent condition for 1 year.

What I dont understand is what is their definition of "light wear" shouldnt that mean it's an item that looks like it had an owner, and it has been used. They categorized it has cosmetic issues maybe its me, but maybe light wear means something completely different.

I denied their offers, and than they charged a 25.00 fee for each item to be returned! No where on their site states you have to pay a fee to return your items.
And than they send you a free box/free shipping to receive the items, so how would someone know they have to pay 25 bucks to have their items returned.

Ive screenshot everything, and clearly they are NOT clear to their customers.

And need to be clear of their terms of "LIGHT WEAR"

Proceed with caution with this site, and note that the quote you think you may be getting, is really not what you'll be receiving once they receive your item.
And you have to pay 25.00 to have your items returned to you.

Sell it to radio shack or a more reputable gadget buyer.

Issue Resolved

"The company resolved the issue I had with them, even though an explanation of "light wear" is explained on the terms of service, they agreed that most people do not take the time to read minor details, and promised to address the definition of "light wear" on the calculator page, so that process of assessing the condition of your device is more accurate"

"The company showed willingness to work out the issue I run into using their service, even though the definition of "light wear" is given in the Terms of service page. They agreed that most people do not take the time to read through Terms and Conditions, and promised to address the definition of "light wear" on the calculator page instead, to make the process of assessing item’s cosmetic condition easier and more accurate”.
