On the 17th of January I placed an order for an item on-line with GagsPlus.com.

Three weeks later, and subsequently approximately I sent e-mails and also left one phone message asking about the status of my order. I have gotten no replies and it appears from what I read on your site.. they are scammers.

The payment was actioned through www.ewebcart.com but I cannot get onto their website to action a refund. If someone can steer me to the people at that site it would certainly be appreciated.
