I made a $20 purchase with GagsPlus.com on 8/31/04. I chose USPS priority mail as my delivery option. The item has not been sent as of September 28, 2004. I have an invoice number 11866 and have tried calling business, left phone messages (when possible - mail box is usually full) and sent email messages regarding my concern. This company has not contacted me by any means.
