I have been participating in zoompanel's surveys for the past 15 years.  Two months ago, they inactivated my account.  I sent them numerous email messages and called them on several occasions.  There was no reply at all.  For all these years, I have accumulated 32,000 reward points.

For the past few days I received surveys from zoompanel.  I tried to log in to check my reward points.  Again, my account was inactivated.  I also tried to check the points for the present surveys that I participated.  This was impossible because my account has been inactivated.  In the past, zoompanel will send me an email message stating the points that I am rewarded.

This company, Market Tools is a scam.  I need my account to be activated with the 32,000 points and the new reward points.  I am not going to let my 15 years of hard work wasted.
