Gain Saver Where is my computer or my refund? Long Beach California

The 6 april 2008, I bought an Apple PowerMac G4 (Model: M8839LL/A) from Gain Saver at the amount of 301.09?USD. (Order 23044)

The 10 april 2008, I had to send them a money order because Steve Harper told me on the phone that they didn't accept out of US credit cards. On my advice of receipt, they received my money order on the 21 april 2008.

The 12 may 2008, I had to send a fax to Steve Harper because he said he could not find my money order sent the 10 april 2008.

The 22 may 2008, they cancelled my order because the motherboard of the computer was not working. (Order 26032)

The 2 june 2008, Jeff Goldfield informed me that my refund at the amount of 269.00$USD is in process. Why not at the amount of 301.09$USD? (Order 26789)

Through all this time, I tried to communicate by phone or email with Steve Harper and most of the time, I didn't received any or clear answers from him. He always told me that he would call me or send me an email. I am still waiting!
