i did not have four accidents with this company my driver mgr hated me so bad ,when i would call for a load assignment he would call me names and hang up on me,and he told me he would destroy me,and i went to my boss about it but he sided with the driver mgr of course.

they firsy put on my dac that i was stealing parts, they found out that was against the law and changed the dac.i dont know what else to do i dont know why these people hate me so bad,i never did anything to them.i had less than a year to pay for my truck and they waited till i got back to the yard and fired me and said i finally got rid of you,and thats what the driver mgr told me to my face.i lost my truck and my wife had to drive all the way from ohio to help me get my personal belongings out of the truck.

Your DAC report is to the truck driver what your credit report is to a consumer. When you are apply for a mortgage the first thing the bank checks is your credit report. If there is something negative on the report, regardless of whether it is true, you will be denied the loan. You DAC report is similar in that when you apply for a job as a truck driver the first thing the prospective trucking company checks is your DAC report. If there are any negative entries you will have a much harder time finding employment.

Your report consists of two parts. The first is your MVR (motor vehicle report) which is your CDL driving record obtained from your home state.

Incidents and accidents are both listed as preventable or nonpreventable. If you disagree with a determination you do have the right to refute any information on your DAC report. Even if you ran off the road and needed to be towed out it can be listed as a preventable incident and is often looked at the same as an accident.

Drug and Alcohol test results are also listed as well as any convictions of criminal activities. Accused or suggested criminal activities wont be listed.

Often drivers due to neglect, incompetence, indifference or spite will damage equipment and that can be listed as well.
