Purchased software from www.gaintsoft.com. Product had to purchase via their paypal.  I used a credit card. The product shipped from Beijing China.  Upon reciept of product, it would not install directly from the disk like normal Adobe software does.  Got it installed and tried to verify with Adobe and it produced an invalid SN.  Contacted the company and got a reply, "Oh sorry, must be a mistake".  They attempted to give me three more serial numbers to try (something Adobe wouldn't do) and still the product would not validate.  Two weeks of being tormented and harrassed by this company I went to paypal and couldn't get my money back.  Realizing that I had used a credit card I went for a "charge back" to get it back and luckly I did.  My credit card company will pursue it now with the company.  I sent the product back via tracking to the original sender of the package.  When I gave this information to the customer service at gaintsoft@gmail.com he reply's "Sorry, not our address, we can't recieve the package".  This is a bunch of crap and I have lost alot of business time dealing with these crooks.  Don't purchase anything on sites that do not show any listing of a real address or phone numbers.  My mistake.

Upon further research, we found out the listed owner of this website has opened over 70 other domains.  This guy is listed on the webpage as Fang Chen.  When I read a report about www.verifiedsoft.com I looked up the information and it is the same guy that is listed for www.gaintsoft.com. Internet sites were opened around the same time and only for one year listing. They are crooks. Do not do business with them and check out the sites on "ip lookup" before you order.  Some of the sites this scam artist has done look like they are all  over the world.
