GAI*XPRESS Cooker Company: UNATHROIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR RECIPE ORDER ?? I NEVER GOT THE COOKER Broomfield, Colorado

Approximately 9 months ago my husband ordered the Xpress Cooker off of an info-commercial.  Our credit card was charge but we never received the cooker.  He phoned and cancelled the order and they refunded our money. 

One month later there was another charge on our credit card.  Phoned company again and the charge was for shipping charges.  Went thru whole story about how we did not receive, cancelled order, received credit for cooker.  They issued credit for shipping charges. 

One month later the shipping charges appear again and we had to phone and go thru the whole story one more time.  They issued a credit for the shipping charges.

Now here we are 11 months from the first time we dealt with this company and guess what?  The 14.90 shipping charges were taken out of my account again.

Today when I phoned I went thru the whole ordeal and their response to me was that the charge was for the recipe package I received...I told them I didn't even get the cooker much less some worthless recipes.

I told them I expected a credit or I would be filing a dispute with CHASE (my bank) tomorrow who already told me that if I couldn't get anywhere with them that I would have my money back immediately and CHASE would go after them for the unauthorized charge.

The employee on the phone was very courteous and stated that he was putting the credit in immediately and I should see it in 3 to 5 days.....

So if you get an unauthroized charge or do not receive the product then I suggest you phone this company.  They seem willing to work with refunds / credits.
