Galaxy Benefits Aka American Health Benefits Used a phone scam to record my voice to sound like I agreed to there benefits Palm Harbor Florida

I recieved a phone call from a company possing as a govenment grant aganicy. They Told me I was going to recieve a grant for $3,500. After being on the phone for 30 mins with them and listening to a lot of elevator type of music. I recieved the code I was going to need to cahs my grant. Then a few days later I had a check cashed the I did not write for $29.95. I tryed to get a copy of the check and could not. Then a week or so later I had an internation fee chared to my accout and an addition $299.95 check cashed, along with a EFT from Galaxy Member Benefits for $19.95. The same day I recieved a welcome aboard letter from them for this health care package. I am an active duty Military member who does not need a health care package. When I tried to call them they told me I agreed to it and there was nothing I could do about it. Then they gave me the number to American Health Benefits who is the other compnay involed that took the big amout out. They said basicly sorry for you and hung up the phone.
